2. No Guaranteed Visas or “Guaranteed Jobs”

Be highly cautious of any agency or individual promising a 100% visa success rate or guaranteed employment abroad.

• Visa issuance is the exclusive right and sole discretion of the destination country’s embassy or high commission.
• AVS Globals acts exclusively as a processing consultant and logistics facilitator. We never guarantee visa approvals.
• We do not sell overseas job placements or guarantee work permits.

3. Beware of Impersonators

Fraudulent individuals or “ghost agents” may sometimes attempt to impersonate registered consultancies. Please verify that you are communicating directly with AVS Globals.

• All official communication, consultations, and document handovers take place strictly at our registered physical office in Samana, Patiala.
• As a general policy, consultations and document handovers are conducted through our registered office or officially authorized channels. or send highly sensitive original documents through unverified couriers without prior written agreement.

4. Payment & Financial Fraud Prevention

To protect our clients from financial scams, AVS Globals adheres to a strict offline payment policy.

• We do not collect consultation fees, embassy charges, or processing fees online through this website.
• We will never send you unsolicited WhatsApp messages or emails demanding immediate digital payments to avoid “visa cancellation.”
• All financial agreements and fee collections are processed securely offline with a corresponding physical or verified digital receipt.

5. Reporting Suspicious Activity
